Pietro Masturzo

Pietro Masturzo (*1980) studied international relations at the Università degli Studi di Napoli L’Orientale in Naples and photography at the Scuola dell’Arte e dei Mestieri in Rome. He has worked with different photojournalistic agencies and published in important Italian and international newspapers and magazines. He founded Kairos Factory, an Italian collective of documentary photography and now is a member of On Off Picture, a young Italian agency specialising in photographic reportage. He has been awarded prizes such as World Press Photo (1st prize in the category “People in the News” and “The Picture of the Year”). His works have been shown in several exhibitions in Italy.
